Diving Groups
Our goal is to establish a structured pathway that takes athletes from their very first dive to the pinnacle of competitive excellence. By creating dynamic groups based on age and skill, we ensure that every diver has the opportunity to progress at their own pace while being challenged to reach new heights. Our program is designed to build a strong foundation, emphasizing technique, mental resilience, and a love for the sport. As athletes advance, they will be guided through increasingly rigorous training, all with the aim of achieving their personal best and excelling at the highest levels of diving.

This group is designed for the youngest new athletes to our sport. Divers in this group have graduated from our lessons program. This group is fun and allows your athlete to fall in love with our sport as we gradually introduce them to bigger and harder dives.
Age: 8 & Under
Cost: $250
This group is designed for our young divers who have developed diving skills! Athletes in this group will fall in love with our sport and continue to grow their skills on all boards and levels. This group will help athletes fine tune their base skills before moving up to our next group!
Age: 12 & Under
Cost: $275
This group is perfect for those who want to take their diving skills to the next level! We focus on perfecting competitive dive execution, mastering hurdles, and nailing takeoffs, all while helping you grow your list of dives and growing towards Jr. Nationals. Divers in this group will get the chance to dive from every height—1m, 3m, and even the tower when it’s available.
Age: 11 - 14yr
Cost: $350
This group is ideal for those gearing up for high school competitions (CIF) and beyond (Jr. Nationals, AAU Nationals). Divers here will focus on 1-meter, 3-meter, and tower dives. We emphasize conditioning and fine-tuning every dive as we develop/upgrade new dive lists.
Age: 14 & Over
Cost: $350
This is one of our top-tier training groups. Divers are required to practice 5 times a week and participate in all available meets. Divers in this group train dryland, trampoline and tower. Divers are required to attend 80% of all meets available (unless otherwise cleared by the head coach).
This group is by invitation only and limited by capacity [ 7 (13&under) + 7 (14&over)].
